House Update!!

OK, so here is the situation!! The day we got the bad news about the inspection results from the original house we wanted, our AMAZING realtor, Kevin Norwood, informed us that he knew of a house that would be for sale that could be awesome for us.... the more he described it, the more I wanted to see it!

He said it wasnt even foreclosed, and that we actually know the owners.... I was so curious! We couldn't get into the house to see it that day, but Kevin made arrangements for us to see the house on Monday night, the sellers had no idea who we were at this point. It turns out that it is Mr. and Mrs. Vagle's house!!! (Justin Vagle's parents house). Dustin & I fell in love with it when we first walked in, we could totally see ourselves living there.

We wrote up an offer last night, which Kevin presented to them a few hours later. This morning I woke up to Dustin telling me that they accepted our offer and are excited that we are buying their house!! It technically wasnt even on the market! I just think its so crazy how this worked out, must be God's perfect timing!! Maybe we waited on the other house for so long just so this house would be ready for us to make an offer on!

We are so excited to have a house for when we get back from our honeymoon! We can't wait to decorate and make it feel like our own home!!! I just can't get over how great this all seems to be working out!! Dustin's parents are super excited too, they are good friends with the Vagles.
