Workout Boost: Cadence Revolution

Hi friends, sorry its been over a week since i've blogged.  I've been trying to get ready for my new job (I start on Monday) and get stuff done around the house since i'm abandoning my working part-time lifestyle.  Anyways, here is something cool I found while reading my SELF fitness magazine...

If you are anything like me, you need some good tunes to workout to and keep the blood pumping.  Sometimes I get sick of the music in my iTunes library.  Instead of spending money and going to buy new music, just check out this website!  Its called Cadence Revolution.

This site produces free podcasts of workout music varying in 30, 60, or 90 minutes in length.  All you have to do is subscribe to these podcasts (you can have them go right to  your iTunes podcast library!) and WHALA, you have some fresh, new, and sometimes *interesting* music to listen to!    You just have to get past a little intro talking, and then enjoy.

The site also features free workouts for you to try on your own.  Check it out, hope you enjoy!
