Clarification

Oops, I should explain one thing about the house. We did sign purchase agreement papers, but thats just the first step of what you have to do before you submit it to the bank. We are waiting to see if they accept our offer, but we are ready to move forward with the inspection if they DO accept it. Right now its just a big waiting game.
